The Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our small dynamic team who’s a true superstar when it comes to customer experience and team leadership—someone who leads by doing, not just directing.

You’ll have a high level of accountability and attention to detail, the confidence to communicate at all levels, and the drive to always go above and beyond. This is your chance to be a key contributor to our culture and a catalyst for customer happiness and team success.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a small team while rolling up your sleeves to manage day-to-day operations

Oversee customer service, order processing, and stock management with precision and care

Work closely with the Sales team to create seamless customer outcomes

Spot and fix issues before they become problems – from website data errors to system inefficiencies

Build relationships with our customers and suppliers

Drive continuous improvement and set high standards for service and communication

What we are looking for

Proven leadership in a customer-facing role – ideally in retail distribution

A detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive, “can-do” mindset

Excellent communicator, comfortable getting the best out of team members, engaging with customers at Trade Fairs and collaborating internally across departments

Systems-savvy and eager to self-learn

Someone who’s passionate about customers, team culture, and delivering results
