About the Role:
As the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced MSP/MPS environment. This position combines customer service, office administration, and light operational duties—including order processing, reception, and occasional marketing support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a similar IT Managed Services or Managed Print Services setting and is looking to grow their career in a supportive, forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors and callers
- Manage incoming phone and email enquiries, triaging requests to relevant departments
- Accurately process and track customer orders, deliveries, and supplier documentation
- Oversee stock levels and manage goods receipting, dispatch, and inventory organisation
- Maintain a clean, well-presented office and reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and records management
- Assist with social media account management and marketing campaign coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an administration, customer service, or front-of-house role within an IT Managed Services Provider or Managed Print Services business is essential
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, customer-first attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and order processing
- Experience with inventory control or logistics is highly regarded
- Familiarity with social media tools or digital marketing platforms is a plus
