Customer Service Administrator – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Revesby, NSW - parking Onsite

Salary: $65,000 + Super

Experience in customer service or administration or processing orders

We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic customer support team based in Revesby on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in a team of motivated consultants who are committed to providing excellent service to our valued customers across multiple channels – email, inbound interactions, and emerging platforms.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Accurately and efficiently entering customer orders

Acting as the key contact and support for our dealers

Working closely with internal departments including Operations, Sales, and Marketing

Advocating for our customers to ensure the best possible outcomes

Offering expert advice and assistance on all things
