They’re entering the next phase of their growth and are looking for their very first dedicated Senior Business Development Manager — someone who’s ready to own the sales function, help shape the direction of their growth and reap the rewards of their success.
The Opportunity:
This role is perfect for an experienced BDM who thrives in a proactive outbound environment and wants the freedom to make their mark. You'll be backed by a highly talented delivery team and a track record of proven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all outbound sales activity — prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing
- Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, social media, content creation, and web design
- Identify high-value industries and clients aligned with their offering
- Build long-term relationships and provide tailored marketing solutions
- Maintain and manage a robust CRM and pipeline
- Provide regular reporting on performance, opportunities, and insights
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and process development
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales from any background. (preferably within digital marketing, media, creative, or SaaS)
- Experience in outbound/hunting roles — you know how to find the right people and win them over
- Confident communicator and persuasive presenter
- Self-motivated and proactive — you don’t wait for leads to be handed to you
- Honest, emotionally intelligent, and resilient in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Salary & Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $90K–120K base+ Super
- Uncapped commissions with expected OTE of $60K+ (top performers will exceed this)
