About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital agency space and can confidently convert both inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time – we’re flexible, as long as you’re results-focused and know how to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up on inbound leads from website, ads, referrals, and other channels

Prospect and reach out to new leads across industries that fit our ideal client profile

Pitch and present our services – from websites to SEO, Google Ads, and more

Prepare proposals, quotes, and close deals

Maintain CRM with accurate tracking of pipeline and follow-ups

Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth handover and delivery

Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to agency growth targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales and business development within a digital agency or similar

Solid understanding of website design, SEO, paid ads, and other digital services

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

Ability to work independently and take initiative
