About the Role
As a senior business development manager, you will focus on acquiring new clients across Victoria. You will sell multi-year service agreements that include a mix of IT, cloud, connectivity and cyber security solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and qualifying new mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Running the full sales process from prospecting to close
- Building relationships with decision-makers across IT, finance and operations
- Collaborating with technical specialists to shape custom solutions
- Accurately forecasting revenue and managing your pipeline
This is a role for a true hunter who understands long sales cycles, values deep client relationships and thrives in a high-trust, high-reward environment.
Earning Potential
With a strong base salary and a lucrative commission model, top performers regularly earn over $250K annually. Commission is paid upfront on recurring contracts, with no cap — giving you control over your earnings.
