About the Role:

Due to company growth, Exiis currently have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and highly professional individual to join our Technician Support Hub. This full-time permanent position is located at our office in Thebarton. The Scheduling Support Coordinator will support our Technician Teams in Adelaide.

Duties

Job Planning & Scheduling

Assist Operations Manager and Service Team

Facilitate technician training and inductions

Coordinate technicians and contractors

Coordinate client bookings and enquiries

Maintain accurate training/induction records

Assist technicians with daily responsibilities

Book external equipment and resources for projects

Collection of client paperwork and follow up

Generate sales to existing clients

Manage staff timesheets, including daily approvals

Reporting

General administration support

About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role of business scheduling, phone sales and providing exceptional customer service.

You will also have/be-

Previous Scheduling Experience preferred

Simpro experience advantageous but not critical

Able to thrive in a high paced environment

Strong Communication Skills

High Attention to Detail

Highly Organised

Sales and Promotional Skills

Positive and polite telephone manner

High level of customer focus

Ability to Work Autonomously or as Part of a Team

Competent PC & CRM skills required

Sufficient Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Experience telephone sales/support is essential
