The Role

We are seeking a sales administrator to support our award-winning sales team, whilst driving brand exposure through management of all marketing, social media, sponsorship and community engagement.

The role includes:

· General reception/administration duties including answering phone calls and greeting guests.

· Providing exceptional administration support to our sales agents.

· Publishing property listings online.

· Preparing and creating marketing campaigns.

· Managing social media platforms including content creation.

· Planning and implementation of all sponsorship and community events.

· Providing first class customer service to our clients.

You

A positive, vibrant individual with a professional personality who wants to learn & grow within the Real Estate industry.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong computer and technology skills.

· Fantastic customer service skills.

· A creative flair with great attention to detail.

· A desire to succeed with a proactive attitude.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

· Experience in managing social media platforms and/or experience in marketing is preferable but not essential.
