Nganana Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our growing Support Coordination team in metropolitan Adelaide. We are offering multiple opportunities across three levels:
Level 1 – Support Coordinator Administrator
Level 2 – Support Coordinator
Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordinator

Position Overviews
Level 1 – Support Coordinator Administrator
This entry-level position provides critical administrative support to our coordination team. The role is suited to individuals with strong organisational skills who are seeking to grow within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate participant records and data entry
Support documentation and billables, report preparation, and appointment scheduling
Assist with correspondence and provider communication
Track participant milestones and funding usage
Provide operational support to the coordination team
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Certificate III or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related discipline
Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office
A collaborative and professional attitude
Level 2 – Support Coordinator
In this client-facing role, you will work directly with participants to build capacity, implement supports, and resolve barriers. The position requires strong communication and case coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate funded and informal supports to achieve participant goals
Advocate for participant choice, control, and inclusion
Liaise with service providers and community resources
Identify and address gaps in service delivery
Maintain accurate records and produce NDIA reports
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Certificate III or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related discipline
Experience in case coordination/management or support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice
Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordinator
This senior role involves supporting participants with complex needs and systemic barriers. You will navigate cross-sector service systems while maintaining a high level of professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex supports across health, housing, justice, and disability sectors
Manage risk and respond to critical incidents
Lead complex case planning and problem-solving
Provide high-level reporting and strategic input
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, OT, or related allied health field
5+ years’ experience in disability, mental health, or community services
Proven ability to manage complexity and support high-risk participants
Strong professional writing, assessment, and stakeholder engagement skills
Core Requirements for All Roles
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check (SA)
Unrestricted South Australian Driver’s License
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
