What’s the Gig?

We’re looking for an Internal Sales and Customer Service champion to join our small (but mighty) customer service team.

This role is all about self-management, efficiency, and building relationships that last. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things smooth, smart, and client-obsessed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work in a tight-knit team to deliver 5-star service every time.
• Own the entire customer journey—from first inquiry to final delivery.
• Jump on calls and emails to solve problems fast and build trust.
• Collaborate with marketing to keep the pipeline flowing and customers happy.
• Keep our CRM sharp and accurate (Zoho experience = bonus points).
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Spot process gaps and make things better—constantly.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.

A calm, clear communicator who thrives under pressure.

Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a total follow-through pro.

Experience juggling multiple priorities without dropping a single one.

Background in architecture, design, or building products? Huge bonus.
