'Them' is 'Us'! We are looking for another 1 or 2 people to join our little crew!
We provide bespoke People Operations solutions predominately to the Construction & Property sector with clients ranging from small 3 man bands to large national firms.
We’re in discussions with 5 large groups for a range of our in-house offerings that cover Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Training & Development.

ROLES
The actual detail of each role will be flushed out in the coming weeks as we formalise a couple of these engagements, however will likely be one of 2 main functions:

1. Talent Acquisition Partner that focuses predominantly on TA and supports existing HR functions. Potentially wears a couple of hats with supporting onboarding and some T&D set up but a strong focus on resource planning & candidate generation.

2. People Operations Coordinator / People Operations Partner who is likely to be a HR qualified person (or nearing completion of Cert 4 in HR) and splits time between HR tasks, lots of direct recruitment (not just looking at ad response) and runs T&D, Operational processes; effectively running the People Operations division that we will either set up or take over.

YOU
HR or Recruitment professional ready to hit the ground running.
Ideally you have some experience in the Construction & Property sector (not essential).
Great stakeholder management, credible, reliable, disciplined.
Sleeves up people focused ‘do-er’ with high energy & resilience.
Either an agency side recruiter looking to transition into an internal role or an experienced internal Recruiter who knows what it takes to support a business with strong Talent Acquisition and build teams of thoroughly engaged, high performing professionals who can deliver great outcomes for our client.
