We’re partnering with a leading global professional services firm located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with an additional 2-month handover period for a smooth transition.

The Role

In this end-to-end Talent Acquisition role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Partnering with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies;
• Managing both corporate and graduate recruitment campaigns;
• Drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant channels;
• Coordinating the recruitment process including interviews, reference checks, and onboarding; and
• Maintaining agency relationships and ensuring all recruitment practices align with company policies.

To Be Successful

• Experience working in a professional services or financial services environment;
• Availability to commence in June;
• Proven capability managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
• Strong recruitment coordination and organisational skills; and
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
