We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager who’s passionate about attracting the right talent to help us continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

In this role, you’ll lead and manage our recruitment function, shaping the future workforce of our organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to drive talent acquisition strategies that support our business goals and values, ensuring we bring the best people on board.

Overseeing the full recruitment process, you’ll focus on building a strong talent pipeline, driving proactive recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience from start to finish.

Working closely with senior leaders, including the Executive team, you’ll forecast staffing needs, implement tailored recruitment strategies, and track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. You will also oversee workforce planning, ensuring that recruitment aligns with long-term business goals and workforce trends. Your leadership will guide the recruitment team to build a strong talent pool, ensuring diverse and high-quality candidates are consistently attracted.

In addition, you’ll develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures that align with organisational values, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices, ensuring the organisation remains competitive in attracting top talent.

A supportive, passionate culture: It’s a community filled with inspiring, big-hearted people. This is encouraged from the top down and worked hard at – every day.

Leaders who value you: It’s important you feel valued. To us, this is not a one-off task. But a commitment to creating an environment where you feel seen, heard and valued – every day.
