We’re seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Medical Receptionist/Administration to join our small team, based in North Adelaide. About the Role:

Work directly with a specialist surgeon in a boutique, patient-focused practice

Greet and assist patients with empathy and discretion

Schedule consultations, manage follow-ups

Prepare and receipt patient accounts (Medicare/DVA/private billing)

Preparation of theatre lists – co-ordinate information professionally with involved parties; patient, hospital, anaesthetic group

Handle phone and email communications with efficiency and care

Maintain accurate patient records and manage referrals

Use electronic medical record systems to streamline administrative processes

Weekly arrangement of sister-site clinics

Typing dictated letters is NOT required

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare admin role, but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
