Job Description

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our medical practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Booking and rescheduling patient appointments

Greeting patients warmly and handling telephone enquiries with professionalism

Handling billing, scanning, and filing tasks efficiently

Conducting end-of-day banking activities

Performing general administrative duties

Ensuring adherence to practice policies and procedures

Key Attributes:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a medical receptionist

Strong knowledge of medical billing and terminology

Exceptional organizational skills

Enjoyment of collaborative work within a friendly and focused team

Proficient computer skills, with experience in Medical Director Software/Best Practice Software being advantageous

Punctuality and reliability

Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
