About the role

As the public face of the practice, your duties as a Medical Receptionist will include but not be limited to:

Front desk patient management and general administration

Updating patient information and appointment scheduling

Liaising with our team of doctors, nurses, and other team members

Working closely with Dr. Oommen and his business manager.

Additional medical reception duties where required

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Full Australian working rights

1+ years medical reception experience (preferably in a general medical practice)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Best Practice medical software preferred.

Ability to work independently and multitask.
