About the role
Elite Bolts and Fasteners are looking Accounts Administrator for 2-3 days per week.
What you'll be doing
Performing accounts payable duties including reconciling supplier statements, organizing batch payments.
Performing accounts receivable duties including send customers invoices and statements, replying to customer accounts enquiries, chasing overdue invoices (both email & phone), entering and reconciling customer payments.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
Reconciling Xero accounts
General Admin jobs.
Enter Supplier invoices
To succeed in this position, you will need:
Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling accounts and other general accounts work.
At least 2 years experience using Xero.
Australian Citizen or permanent resident
Must have phone experience to chase outstanding bills.
A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
Have excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
