Accounts and Administration Officer

Part-Time 30 hours per week – Flexible hours

Renumeration: will be negotiated based on experience and skills.

We’re a small, family-run business in Bendigo specialising in hospitality supplies, and we’re looking for a reliable and hands-an Accounts & Administration officer to join our team

This is a multi-hat role – perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be part of our admin and Accounts Team helping to keep day to day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable and Account Payable

Process customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.

General bookkeeping duties

Support the Sales Team with fulfilling orders.

Contribute to the efficient running of the admin and accounts department.

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience in accounts and bookkeeping.

Confident with accounting software Xero

Previous experience with POS software (retail express) an advantage not a deal breaker.

Attention to details and time management.

A proactive team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed.

Friendly, professional and able to communicate well with customers and suppliers
