A well-established and reputable manufacturing business located in Dandenong South is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounts Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

This opportunity offers a flexible part-time arrangement - working 2 - 3 days per week, school hours, making it ideal for a finance professional looking to balance work with other commitments.
You'll be joining a supportive and professional environment where your contributions will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable - invoices, preparing and scheduling payment runs
• Accounts Receivable - collections via email
• Bank Reconciliations
• Accounts Administration
• Managing all queries related to accounts for internal and external stakeholders

About you:

• Hands on approach, collaborative
• Avaialable immediately and happy to commit to a temporary part time opportunity
• Actively seeking 2 - 3 days (school hours) per week
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills
