We're currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team part-time, supporting our bookkeeping and payroll functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Entering accounts payable invoices and general data

Managing accounts receivable tasks

Assisting with payment runs, including ABA file preparation

Reconciling supplier statements and credit cards

Supporting payroll processing

Responding to internal and external enquiries

General admin and bookkeeping support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in bookkeeping or accounts admin (Xero or MYOB experience is a bonus)

Strong attention to detail and organisation

A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a small team

Clear communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude

Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

The Details:

Part-time: Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am–2:30pm

Office-based, Heidelberg West
