Your Opportunity: Immerse Yourself in the World of Coffee!

As a key member of our Customer Service & Fulfillment team, you'll get to soak up the wonderful world of specialty coffee and build incredible skills across our entire business! This role is your backstage pass to understanding every step of our coffee journey, right here in our specialty roastery. Guided by our awesome experienced team, you'll develop a real understanding of coffee artistry while playing a vital role in our daily roastery operations and bringing smiles to our online retail customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Bringing Our Coffee to Our Customers (Online Fulfillment Fun!):

You'll be the superstar responsible for carefully collating, printing, and packing all those eagerly awaited online orders through our Shopify system, following our simple and effective processes.

You'll be the maestro of shipping labels, ensuring each order is correctly addressed and coordinating with our friendly couriers for their daily pickups, including our local Artisti deliveries and customer pick-ups.

Making Our Customers Smile (Customer Service Champion!):

You'll be the welcoming voice and friendly face of Artisti for our online and retail customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

You'll be a proactive communicator, providing timely and helpful updates and support for all our customers' online order and fulfillment needs.

You'll be our go-to detective for any shipping or courier inquiries, keeping our online and retail customers in the loop about their deliveries, re-deliveries, or pick-ups.

Keeping Things Running Smoothly (Stock & Inventory Whiz!):

You'll be the awesome link between our customer orders and our warehouse team, making sure we have the perfect coffee ready to go!

You'll be a stock superhero, helping the team keep our stock levels and data accurate and ensuring timely product orders are placed.

You'll lend a hand to our warehouse crew in receiving, organizing, and managing all the wonderful coffee and supplies that arrive.

Building Coffee Connections (Customer Relationship Rockstar!):

You'll build and nurture fantastic relationships with our customers at every interaction.

You'll be a coffee connoisseur in the making, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide truly customer-focused solutions and service.

Ultimately, you'll be a key player in ensuring every customer has an amazing Artisti experience!
