All-Rounder Dental Technician – Join Our Growing Lab Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable All-Rounder Dental Technician to become part of our dynamic and fast-paced dental laboratory. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for quality, precision, and collaboration across all areas of dental technology—with a particular focus on implant cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication of crowns, bridges, dentures, splints, and implant restorations

Model work, wax-ups, ceramic layering

Repairs and adjustments

Identifying and communicating fabrication or technical issues with clinicians to ensure timely resolutions and optimal outcomes

Quality control to ensure all cases meet or exceed Dentists standards

Assisting across departments where needed

About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental lab environment

Highly skilled in implant cases and competent across multiple areas of dental technology

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Dentists

Strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly to dental professionals

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Organised, reliable, and motivated to grow with the business
