Sovereign Lives is a registered NDIS provider that empowers people with disability and their families. To support our expanding workforce, we’re recruiting an experienced HR Coordinator to lead day-to-day HR operations and partner with managers across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

(include, but are not limited to)

People Operations & HRIS

Own end-to-end employee-lifecycle processes: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, variations and separations.

Maintain and optimise MYP (our HRIS/CRM) and Jotform workflows to capture, store and report on compliance data in real time.

Monitor all credentialing requirements—NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, police checks, licences, training currency—and trigger renewals through automated Jotform reminders.

Workforce Planning & Performance

Partner with service-delivery teams to forecast staffing needs and manage active talent pipelines.

Coordinate probation and annual performance reviews, collate KPIs and advise leaders on development or remediation actions.

Analyse support-worker utilisation and flag gaps or overtime risk.

Policy, Audit & Quality

Keep HR policies aligned with NDIS Practice Standards, Fair Work Act and SCHADS Award.

Lead HR components of internal and external audits—exporting evidence packs directly from MYP and Jotform.

Champion the NDIS Code of Conduct and embed best-practice workplace culture.

Employee Engagement & ER

Serve as first HR point of contact, coaching supervisors on ER/IR matters, grievances and investigations.

Facilitate induction, compliance training and professional-development sessions using Jotform registration forms and feedback surveys.

Coordinate engagement initiatives, surveys and recognition programs.

Reporting & Analytics

Build HR dashboards in MYP and integrate Jotform data (headcount, turnover, leave, training, WHS) to generate actionable insights for the Senior Service Coordinator and leadership team.

Track HR-related budgets, utility/overhead trends and cost-saving opportunities.

Representation & Networking

Represent Sovereign Lives at careers expos, industry forums and community events.

Build supplier networks (labour-hire, training, wellness, events) to enhance workforce capability.
