About the role

Couriers By Demand Pty Ltd, a leading provider of same-day courier services, is seeking a talented and driven National Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. In this full-time, onsite role based in Botany, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and strengthening our presence across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in key target markets

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to win new clients

Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers

Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to showcase our services

Collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth strategies

Achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets and revenue goals

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and capitalise on new opportunities

Highly organised and self-motivated, with the drive to work autonomously and as part of a team

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Tertiary qualification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred but not essential
