About the Role

We’re seeking a Website Operations Coordinator to manage our WordPress-based site and online store. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, basic technical skills, and an interest in digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Update website content and upload products (WordPress + WooCommerce)

Write and edit product descriptions and campaign copy

Coordinate with photography and design teams

Use SEO and analytics tools to optimise site performance

Manage customer orders and basic support

Assist with promotions and newsletter campaigns

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Solid experience with WordPress & WooCommerce

Strong writing skills (Chinese + English ideal)

Understanding of basic SEO and web layout best practices

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bonus: Canva, Mailchimp, basic video editing, Instagram/TikTok experience
