About The Role

Snap Mandurah are seeking a proactive and highly organised Website Developer to work internally with our small team on a Full Time basis. You will be responsible for maintaining our website portfolio and provide web services to new and existing clientele. Maintaining and developing client websites, supporting customer requests and ensuring the smooth running of our web hosting operations.

The successful candidate must be confident, determined and prepared to combine their professional customer service skills with their knowledge of website development using Wordpress and the Divi Builder.

As a first point of contact within the business the successful applicant will assist clients in determining their website requirements, proposing the appropriate solutions to meet those needs and then utilise their knowledge and skills to implement the solution.

To be successful in this role you will need to display a positive, outgoing attitude, exceptional communication skills and an ability to handle a varied workload. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working with Wordpress and the Divi Builder and have worked with domains and hosting in the past.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with our Centre Management to maintain a diverse portfolio of 100+ websites, ensuring they are secure, functional, and up to date.

Respond to client enquiries, support requests, and website amendments.

Discuss website requirements with new and existing customers, providing quotes for new projects as well as website updates.

Invoice customers for hosting, domain renewals, and other related services.

Purchase domain renewals and manage domain registrations as needed.

Set up and configure new website hosting accounts.

Install WordPress and build full websites using the Divi theme.

Work with our Graphic Designers to design visually engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect each client’s brand.

Implement on-page SEO best practices across all new website builds.

Perform regular WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates, followed by visual checks to ensure site integrity.

Run routine malware scans and respond promptly to any issues.

Monitor website uptime and performance, investigating and resolving downtime or performance issues.

Send monthly reports to clients summarising website activity and performance.

Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and outstanding payments.

Who You Are:

Able to work independently and manage your own workload.

Experienced in WordPress, particularly with the Divi theme.

Knowledge of the Divi Builder with CSS highly desirable.

Skilled in both the technical and visual aspects of web design, with a good eye for detail

Knowledgeable in web hosting, domain management, and on-page SEO best practices

Confident in quoting work, communicating with clients, and managing customer expectations

Organised and capable of handling multiple websites and client needs concurrently
