What You’ll Do

Convert warm leads into loyal, long-term clients

Offer tailored solutions across Web Design, Digital Marketing, and Remote Staff Outsourcing

Build strong relationships with a consultative, problem-solving approach

Upsell and cross-sell our full service suite

Leverage client satisfaction into referrals and repeat business

Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth handovers

Stay sharp — we value fresh ideas and ongoing learning

Thrive both on your own and as part of a supportive remote team

You’re a Great Fit If You...

Have proven face-to-face B2B sales experience

Excel at identifying needs and crafting solutions

Are consultative in your approach

Are confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Have experience selling web design, SEO, digital marketing, or outsourcing

Work well autonomously and love a flexible schedule

Are ABN-registered and GST-ready

Bonus: Have led a sales team or mentored peers

Websites (from basic WordPress to full custom builds)

Shopify, eCommerce, and landing page design

SEO (one-off or ongoing)

Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube ad campaigns

Social Media and Content Marketing

Remote Staff Outsourcing

Virtual Assistants, Admin, Bookkeepers, Sales Agents

Customer Service, Data Entry, Remote Reception, Office Support

Industry specialists (Draftspeople, Legal Admin, Travel Experts) and more!

Please Note: This is a commission-only role with no base salary or employee benefits. All earnings are performance-based, with generous commissions paid immediately upon closing each deal. Dream Spot Studio does not cover any personal expenses incurred in the course of this role, including travel, petrol, phone, or internet costs. This opportunity is best suited to self-motivated professionals who are confident in their sales ability and comfortable working independently.
