KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development

Proactively identify, target, qualify, and acquire new clients across various industries where employee time and attendance tracking is critical.

Develop and execute sales plans to generate new business revenue within Australia.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, including preparation of tailored proposals and presentations.

Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, cold calling, inbound leads, campaigns, and leveraging CRM tools.

Account Management & Retention

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to prevent churn.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base.

Provide tailored support and solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs, ensuring they continue to derive value from our products.

Meet and exceed assigned sales retention targets.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

5+ years proven sales success in new business acquisition within technology businesses.

Experience in retention account management, ideally within technology businesses.

Demonstrable business acumen and a successful track record solution selling to Australian businesses.

The ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across multiple industries.

Experience and success in all aspects of the sales process, including effective use of a Sales CRM.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Self-starter with strong organisational skills.

Strong technical understanding and a willingness to learn new products.

A Tertiary qualification is preferable.
