Project G2 Italian is set to become the flagship all-day dining room in the newly renovated, multi-award-winning Burnside Village, located in the heart of Adelaide's eastern suburbs. Headed by a respected Food and Beverage operator with a proven track record of successful Restaurants, Bars, and a national coffee chain, and supported by a substantial 1100 square meter commercial kitchen supplying ready meals nationally, Project G2 is slated to open on September 26th without fail.

Our venue will operate from breakfast and brunch through lunch and dinner, specializing in fresh pasta crafted specifically for us in our purpose-built commercial pasta kitchen facility. Strategically positioned on a prominent corner at a main entrance to the shopping precinct, alongside prestigious retailers such as Tiffany's, Paspaley, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, Project G2 Italian aims to be the premier destination for all-day dining.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to build a team from the ground up and lead the opening of Project G2 Italian.
