The Role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations. The role also has you being our in-house wine person and will have influence on our wine list so a passion for wine is an absolute must.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team

Maintain premium service standards in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef and back-of-house to ensure seamless operations

Manage rostering, training, and staff development

Setting the standard for our Wine service, including meeting with suppliers and assist in creating our wine list

Build guest loyalty through personalised, memorable service

About You:

1+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in upscale or premium dining

Strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage service

Excellent communication and people management skills

Prior experience working and selling wine is highly desirable.

Professional, hands-on, and solutions-focused
