Job Description: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to quality.

Relevant culinary qualifications are a plus.
