Greenwich Specialist Consulting Rooms is a collaborative practice comprising a team of independent psychiatrists, all working together under one roof. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic individual to join our team as a receptionist. This is a Maternity leave position for 6-9 months with the potential to become permanent. 3 days a week, 8 hour days. Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am- 6:30pm.

Duties Include:

· Scheduling, organising and confirming patient appointments.

· Greeting patients, providing support and processing payments.

· Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and other correspondence.

· Ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

· Communicate with referring practioners

The suitable candidate will have:

· Preferably with medical reception or admin experience, but we’re open to candidates with no experience if you have the right attitude

· Experience with Halaxy with MS Office desired.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour.

· Impeccable organisational skills, with a great deal of attention to detail.
