NewVision clinics is a group of expert medical centres specialising in Laser Vision Correction.

We are seeking a highly experienced, self-starter/motivated person who loves a challenge, to join our professional laser admin team full time. Our main clinic is based in Cheltenham, but the role would involve travelling to our Windsor and East Melbourne clinics on a rotating roster every two weeks.

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, committed approach, excellent customer service skills, have strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high paced office environment.

Previous experience in admin or medical reception will be advantageous.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Strong communication, organisational and people skills
• Experience with Genie (preferred but not necessary)
• High level of attention to detail
• Problem solving skills and scrupulous attention to detail
• Excellent listening skills and ability to follow instructions
• High levels of motivation and eagerness to learn
• Hours 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday morning at our Windsor practice every 3 - 4 weeks between the hours of 8am to 12pm

Working within a team, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients in the clinic and over the phone in a warm and professional manner
• Patient liaison
• Scheduling appointments and general admin duties
• Co-ordination of surgery bookings
• Attend seminars & events on an adhoc basis
• Maintaining patient data base
• Assist with preparation of seminars
