About the Role
You'll be the driving force behind new growth opportunities, identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into lasting partnerships.
You won’t be stepping into a cold seat. With a strong brand presence, a loyal client base, and an exceptional product range behind you, you’ll be empowered to hit the ground running. Your mission will be to uncover new market segments, build relationships with industry decision-makers, and bring strategic insight into where and how the business can grow further.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll also help shape the future of how roofing and cladding solutions are specified and supplied, bringing together product knowledge, customer insights, and genuine commercial acumen.
About You
You’re a natural relationship builder, confident, curious, and commercially minded. You’re driven by the thrill of closing a deal, but your real talent lies in understanding people, their needs, and the industries they move in.
Ideally, you’ve worked in construction, building materials, or a trade-related environment, and understand the rhythms of this space. You bring a track record of identifying new business opportunities and converting them into high-value, long-term relationships.
You’re someone who’s proactive rather than reactive, eager to contribute, ready to travel, and always two steps ahead of the market. And just as importantly, you value integrity, are proud of the work you do, and are looking for a business where you can genuinely grow and make a mark.
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 to $110,000 Base + Super + Car + Comms
