Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Maintain and manage client and lead databases

Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting

Develop and sustain relationships with channel partners (minimum 5 visits per week)

Gather and report on market intelligence

Attend sales meetings and contribute positively to team performance

Support marketing activities with market insights and recommendations

Adhere to PGPA’s sales standards and brand guidelines

What we're looking for

Proven success in a business development or property sales role

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Strong initiative and self-management capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Professional presentation and brand alignment

Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy

A passion for helping clients find investment success

Experience in B2B environments and property development sales is highly desirable.
