We are seeking a personable, committed and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at BAM BAM BAKEHOUSE - celebrated Gold Coast Cafe. Free meals, competitive remuneration and no night shifts.

This position requires:

at least 3 years' experience as a Lead Chef in a reputable fast-paced cafe or similar establishment

exceptional food knowledge and culinary skills with proven ability to consistently create high-quality, delicious brunch dishes

management, mentorship and empowerment of a kitchen team

considered and efficient control of kitchen stock and budget

strong grasp of kitchen operations and food safety regulations

clear, consistent and positive communication with front-of-house crew and our Head Pastry Chef

five shifts per week, including weekend availability

high energy, reliability and long-term goals.
