The Role
As our Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for:
- Taking full ownership of the kitchen, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional food quality.
- Building & developing a strong kitchen team, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
- Driving profitability through strategic menu planning, food cost control, and stock management.
- Ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times.
- Optimising kitchen workflows, from rostering to production schedules, to improve efficiency.
- Contributing to our creative food offerings through menu innovation and specials.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume venue.
Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for team culture, menu creativity, and operational excellence.
Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and kitchen labour efficiently.
A long-term mindset with the drive to develop the role into an Executive Chef position.
Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance regulations.
