As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

What you'll be doing

Managing and mentoring a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding dishes

Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Monitoring kitchen budgets and costs to maintain profitability

Collaborating with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional dining experience for customers

Continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve kitchen operations

What we're looking for

Experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef wanting to take the next step in their career

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques and food trends

Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices
