About the Role:
The position is based in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane. It is essential that candidates possess the ability to complete the following duties:

Servicing and troubleshooting of computers

Building of computers

Desktop and application support in a Microsoft environment

Software related troubleshooting

Over the phone technical support to customers

Network technical support for LAN & WAN, routers, firewall and security

The successful applicant will have:

Experience and knowledge in hardware and peripheral support

Excellent customer service skills

Outstanding communication skills along with an energetic personality

Be an excellent team player

Have the ability to successfully multi-task

Demonstrated work experience in a similar environment

Commitment to keep certifications up to date at all times, as new products are released by each vendor

Work hours are determined on a rotating roster, and you must be available to work on weekends. This is a full-time position available after standard probation period with a competitive salary.
