We are seeking experienced, fully licensed HVAC Service Technicians to join our expanding team. Experience in Chiller Installation & Servicing an advantage.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring that our clients' HVAC and refrigeration systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing & repairing a wide range of AC, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.

Maintaining a range of equipment including refrigeration, VRF, Water Cooled Package Units, VRV's, Chillers, Essential Services and Split Systems

HVAC Installations

Performing preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan and performance of systems.

Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Recording accurate details of service activities and reports for each job using our asset management system SimPRO.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician.

Relevant qualifications and certifications in air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration.

Experience with installations a plus

Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and safety practices.

Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable and honest.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail

Reliable and honest

Quality workmanship essential

Valid driver's license.

Australian or New Zealand residency/citizenship.

Minimum requirements:

Certificate III Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Mechanic

Current ARC License

Current Restricted Electrical License

Construction Card (White Card)

Current Driver's License

Australian or New Zealand Residents / Citizens Only
