About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a switched-on Service Administrator & Operations Assistant to join the team at MSA (Machinery Services Australia), based in Sumner.

Youโ€™ll support the day-to-day running of both workshop and field service operations, including technician scheduling, Simpro job management, parts ordering, and service records. This is a hands-on, practical role with plenty of variety โ€” ideal for someone whoโ€™s comfortable in a machinery or service-based environment.

MSA forms part of the General Services Group, working closely with Lift Care Services and Endurequip Services to deliver reliable service across lifting and access equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting up and managing jobs in Simpro (job management software)

Assisting with technician scheduling and job tracking

Raising purchase orders, ordering parts, and tracking deliveries

Supporting stock control and inventory management

Helping generate invoices and service documentation

Communicating with clients, suppliers, and field teams

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in service admin or workshop coordination

Simpro or job management system knowledge (ideal, but not essential)

Great organisation and communication skills

Experience with machinery, EWPs, hoists, or related equipment is a plus

Confidence working in a hands-on admin role across multiple priorities

A proactive, team-focused mindset
