Brand Manager
Corporate Furniture

Are you passionate about design, creativity, and driving business growth? Corporate Furniture is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead our new and exciting venture – The Klaro Brand. You will organise marketing campaigns, develop new client relationships, and play a key role in preparing marketing objectives to support the growth of the Klaro brand.

Key Objectives

· Promote the Klaro brand of products and services to prospective clients, generating and increasing leads through effective marketing strategies.

· Lead marketing campaigns and support with establishing a wholesale supply to the EU market base from Poland.

Responsibilities

· Deliver impactful product presentations to clients.

· Collaborate with clients to create environmentally considered bespoke furniture designs tailored to their needs.

· Generate project leads, manage the quotation process, and develop supporting design drawings.

· Develop marketing objectives & campaigns to promote business growth in the European market.

· Prepare and present sales, marketing, and client data at quarterly management meetings.

· Manage the Klaro brand Sales team.

· Provide product training to Corporate Furniture staff and assist design & logistics team through all levels of design, manufacturing and delivery/installation.

· Promote the Klaro brand philosophy of utilising renewable materials, sustainability and waste reduction.

· Communicate with clients regarding design progress, quotes, and delivery timelines.

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

· Manage the e-commerce platform, website, and social media presence, including content creation and network management.

· Design digital and printed media materials, for individual marketing campaigns.

· Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to attract new leads and sales.

· Plan, prepare, and attend trade shows, including creating presentations and props.

· Conduct product photoshoots, retouch images, and manage their placement on digital platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Achieve annual marketing goals:

o Conduct three client presentations per week.

o Deliver one showroom presentation per month.

o Execute bi-monthly state and interstate presentations, aiming for 4–8 presentations over two days.

· Generate $1 million in sales annually.

Skills and Experience

· A tertiary qualification in Industrial Design, Urban Design, Bespoke Furniture Design, or a related field is essential.

· Additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Brand Management or similar, are advantageous.

· A creative mindset and artistic vision are highly valued.

· Exceptional attention to detail is a must.

· Minimum of 12 months’ experience in business development within the commercial or bespoke furniture industry.

· Proven ability to manage e-commerce platforms effectively.

· Experience in instructing and managing junior staff.

· Strong communication skills for conveying design and technical information.

· Solid knowledge of sales growth strategies and business development techniques.

· Having multi-lingual skills in European Languages will be advantageous.
