Key Areas:

Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor and grow an in-house team across digital, creative and content

Drive Growth: Own and execute performance-focused marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, and influencers

Optimise Conversion: Own the website funnel and drive CRO, UX, AOV, and LTV improvements

Innovate Boldly: Launch standout brand campaigns and digital activations that create impact

Think Commercially: Leverage data, insights and market trends to make informed, high-ROI decisions

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus store and supporting digital platforms

Manage product launches, website content updates, and campaign rollouts

Implement and maintain the promotional calendar and ensure smooth execution

Collaborate with the digital team to improve conversion rate, site speed, and overall performance

Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement in sales and user experience

Work closely with brand, creative, and fulfilment teams to ensure product and campaign accuracy

Execute SEO-focused content strategies and implement CRO best practices

Identify and act on new market and growth opportunities, both local and international

Champion the customer experience – from discovery to post-purchase satisfaction

Provide regular reporting and insights using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing or similar (ideal, but not essential)

Understands the importance working in the office with the team to help Manage.

4+ years of hands-on eCommerce management experience (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)

A sharp analytical mind with a track record in using data to drive growth

Solid knowledge of SEO, CRO, email marketing, and digital merchandising

Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and warehouse teams

Strong background in paid media (Meta, Google) and SEO with proven results

Experience leading internal teams and cross-functional collaboration

Data-led, creative mindset with strong commercial acumen

Proficiency in Shopify Plus and experience managing end-to-end customer journeys

A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
