About the role
As the Operations & Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and operational efficiency of Majestic Commercial Pty Ltd. This position is based at our Head Office in Bradbury, NSW with travel required & offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's Commercial Success.
What you'll be doing
Assist Managers & staff on site in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
Liaise between supplier, client and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Assist with ISO certifications and adhering to Audit requirement needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications
Have a focus on growth of future sales navigated through existing clients or related
Assist with sales process and requirements
Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements
Provide direction and guidance to internal & external teams to achieve performance targets
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a quickly and timely manner
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
Maintain clear written and accurate operation documents and procedures for reference purposes
Make important business planning, and strategy growth decisions
Proficient in prospecting and seeking new business opportunities
Being commercially astute in mixing traditional business development with new innovative client engagement strategies
Meeting and exceeding business targets and objectives
Establish and maintain an effective pipeline
Re-negotiate existing service agreements to achieve improved commercial terms
Skills Required
Ability to maintain exceptional customer service and effective account management to strengthen relationships with both current and potential clients and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge and understanding across the Facility Services industry
Strong relationships with Industry Key Stakeholders
Highly disciplined in driving the growth strategy process – targeted revenue growth, customer diversification, margin targets and profitable growth
Proficient use of project tracking/CRM software to provide business development transparency. Keeping detailed records of client interactions and consistently updating.
Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically and act tactically from a B2B environment
Solid commercial acumen along with sound financial awareness
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in similar role
Favourable Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Previous performance evaluation experience
Working knowledge of human resources processes
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
