Opera apartments is a well-known building located in the central Brisbane area. As the onsite management team, we specialise in managing both long-term and short-term lettings. Real Estate experience is not essential and this role represents an excellent entry position to a great start of the property management career. We are looking for bright and motivated talent to join our property management team in 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners, addressing questions and arranging maintenance as needed.

Perform leasing tasks, including conducting inspections, preparing lease agreements, and completing routine inspections.

Prepare and file necessary documents in a timely manner.

Liaise with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to ensure urgent issues are resolved efficiently.

Provide reception support when needed and step in as relief Property Manager during absences.

Manage short-term rentals, address guest inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.

Be available for on-call work, including after-hours duties when required.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

A willingness to hold yourself accountable and follow through on tasks.

Current QLD Driver's License essential.

A Real Estate license essential.

Ideally, 6+ months of experience in Hospitality or Real Estate.
