Train and mentor staff to uphold top-tier culinary standards.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and rostering.
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a high-volume or à la carte restaurant.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
Local residency with full Australian work rights
Own reliable transport (limited public transport available in the area).
