The Role
This is a high-energy sales role where you will drive business growth by engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their design and functional needs, and delivering tailored lighting solutions. You will be the face of the company, building relationships and positioning their products as the go-to choice for commercial applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with architects, designers, and electrical contractors to offer innovative lighting solutions
Conducting product presentations and consultations with a solution-based approach
Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and follow-ups
Developing strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and position the company as an industry leader
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Experience selling technical solutions into architects, designers, or electrical contractors
A hunter mentality—you’re proactive, persistent, and results-driven
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and influence key stakeholders
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop strategic sales approaches
A passion for lighting, design, and innovative commercial solutions
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Salary and Benefits
Base - $100,000 to $140,000
