About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Live Chat Monitoring Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and managing existing client relationships. This full-time position is based in Cheltenham, Victoria and will see you working closely with the sales and account management teams to identify, secure and retain clients.

What you'll be doing

· Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales activities

· Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to maximize retention and cross-sell opportunities

· Developing and executing tailored sales strategies and presentations to effectively pitch Live Chat Monitoring's services

· Collaborating with the wider sales and customer success teams to provide exceptional client service

· Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

· Providing regular updates and reporting on sales pipeline and key performance metrics

What we're looking for

· Proven track record of success in new business development and account management, preferably within the B2B services industry

· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers

· Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

· Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment

· Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships

· Familiarity with CRM systems, digital engagement services and sales reporting tools
