TRS Resourcing is partnering with a prominent transport and logistics company to find a dynamic Business Development / Sales Manager. This role suits a proactive professional eager to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the transport and logistics sector.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain and expand a network of industry contacts.​

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in transport, courier, logistics, or air/sea freight industries.
• Established relationships within the transport and logistics field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​
