The Role:
We're searching for a dynamic, hands-on leader to manage and inspire our passionate team. You’ll be across every detail of the operation – front and back – while driving a kickass guest experience every single night.

What You’ll Do:

Lead from the front, setting the tone on service, energy, and vibe

Coordinate all operational aspects, including staffing, training, cost control, and compliance

Manage rostering, inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Collaborate on social media and marketing efforts

Uphold our standards for food quality, hygiene, and customer service

Be the calm in the chaos of late-night hospitality

Champion a supportive and high-performing team culture

What You Bring:

Proven experience in venue or hospitality management

Strong leadership skills with a genuine love for the customer experience

Solid back-of-house knowledge (ordering, stock, functions, rostering)

An eye for detail, a cool head, and an instinct for what makes a night unforgettable

Familiarity with social media and creative promotions is a big plus
